Amherst Gets Infected This Friday

I will be speaking at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst on Friday. It will be my final lecture on evolution this year–the last of nine (whew). They don’t call it the Year of Darwin for nothing…

Here are the details. It’s free and open to the public, so I hope to see you there.

  1. I saw your face pop up on the LCDs in the math building, and I was hoping to be able to attend your talk, but unfortunately it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to. I imagine your talk will be well-attended, anyway. Enjoy your time in Amherst!

[CZ: Thanks! I can’t imagine what my face looks like in LCDs…sounds like a bad trip on acid in front of the mirror.]

  2. You’re going to be at Amherst tomorrow? You couldn’t have given me a couple days notice; I would have loved to be there, it’s only a couple hours drive, but I don’t have a car at this moment. An American without at car you say!!!!???? Are you going to have Colin’s Mr. Darwin with you, or will it be part of the PowerPoint presentation?
